That is why we offer a 14 day money back guarantee with free postage on your return. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unmarked and with any tags and labels within 14 days of your order being dispatched.

12 MONTH GUARANTEE

We only supply products of the highest quality and offer a 12 month guarantee on all our sunglasses. Accidental breakage and lens scratches will not be covered by our guarantee.

REFUND / REPLACEMENT

Please contact our Customer Help Line on 0845 603 2869 or email us at accounts@designersunglasses.co.uk so that we can provide you with a returns number and a prepaid returns address. Once you have obtained a returns number, please return the item in the original packaging to the prepaid address. As soon as we have received and inspected your sunglasses we will despatch a replacement or refund the full amount paid as appropriate. Please note that we can only make refunds to the card that was used to place the original order.
